They currently have a brilliant Commercial Recruitment team in place and now require a team manager to take them to the next level. Ideally, someone in a billing capacity capable of winning new business.

What is the job?
You'll join the company and work closely with the Commercial Recruitment team, winning new clients, listening to hiring requirements, and completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals. In time, there is the option to focus solely on the new business side of things, whilst further building the team to create the company's next 'super office'
Industry experience within Commercial is essential, and you will be expected to have a decent network already and be favoured within it. This will enable you to grow effectively and get the best out of the team.
