Talent Chief is proud to be working with a recruitment agency from Milton Keynes that specialises in Commercial and Industrial Recruitment. They have a network of offices across the UK and are in the process of building out the MK Team. Long-established with a great client and candidate base, alongside a host of perks for the right recruiter to join them, were excited to help them continue their story.
What do they want?
The company currently has a commercial desk open, which needs a little TLC to restore it to its former glory. The desk has been long established and will involve managing and building the current clients, alongside finding new ones to work with. There are some dormant clients to reignite and work alongside too, and the rest of the team there offers an incredibly supportive environment so that the role can be fun too.

What is the job?
You'll join the company and work closely with the other Senior Recruitment Consultants by mapping the market, winning new clients and listening to hiring requirements, as well as completing thorough searches for the appropriate industry professionals.
You will screen candidates that you speak to to test suitability and have regular lines of communication with the hiring managers to amend wants and needs where necessary. You will handle the candidate process from initial screening up to the offer stage, as well as check in with them periodically to make sure they are happy.
You will also get the opportunity for progression upon hitting certain milestones, as this is calculated on performance rather than availability.
