Talent Chief Ltd is excited to be partnering with a long-established recruitment agency specialising in the construction sector. With multiple offices across the country, They are considered to be a big hitter in the industry, working alongside some well-known household names.

What are they looking for?

Due to this success, they now have room for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team and help them take the business to the next level.

You will get the chance to work with some of the most knowledgeable recruiters in the West Midlands area with impeccable reputations, and the opportunity to work on some exciting projects.

Their office is based in Central Birmingham and provides in-depth training and a top-of-the-range tech stack. What’s more, it’s full of positive individuals who are making names for themselves in construction and are fast becoming the go-to supplier for the industry.

What skills do I need?

  • 2+ Years in Recruitment - Preferably within Agency
  • Construction knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • A desire to succeed
  • The ability to work as part of a team.

Bonus

  • 360 Experience in the construction sector would be advantageous
