They are a provider of temporary, ad-hoc and permanent staff within the driving sector, and utilise a combination of traditional and modern recruitment methods to ensure the best possible service for both candidates and clients. What Do They Want?
They are now looking to bring in a Driving recruiter to help build out the sector further from their London Office. The role will deal with temp and perm driving roles for various companies across London and South-East and would suit someone who can work in high volumes in a very seasonal market.
You will be given all the tools required to make this venture a successful one, including an advertising budget and appropriate job board access.
What Is The Job?
You will be responsible for mapping the market for potential clients and candidates to help within the industry. You will also need to have your finger on the pulse for industry news, trends and latest updates. The company already has a database of candidates and some clients, as well as a lot of dormant leads to after from day one. So Business Development skills are a must.
You will also be expected to fulfil compliance/rights-to-work checks on all candidates before they start
