What do they want?
This fantastic company is looking for a consultative 360 recruiter, who has experience with the full lifecycle of recruitment - from creating relationships with new clients and candidates to fulfilling requirements from both sides and everything in the middle. They would love someone who is communicative, well organised and loves forging relationships. Experience within sales recruitment is hugely advantageous. You will of course need to be well-balanced when it comes to arranging interviews, setting priorities and managing your own time.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to develop their desk and niche within the sector, and be encouraged to make business development calls to obtain new clients. They should also have a pre-existing network of credible candidates that they can represent.
