They specialise in IT, Construction and Industrial recruitment, and have a close team that all helps out. Ideally, they're looking to expand on all three over the next 12 months.
What Do They Want?
They are now looking to bring in an IT recruiter to help build out the sector further from their Woking office. After a dip in 2023, the sector seems to be gaining good traction, and the team is now in a position to grow. Therefore, they are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who operates in either the UK or European Tech Markets
You will be given all the tools required to make this venture a successful one, including an advertising budget, appropriate job board access, and even a pool car to visit your clients regularly.
What Is The Job?
You will be responsible for mapping the market for potential clients and candidates to help within the industry. You will also need to have your finger on the pulse for industry news, trends and latest updates. The company already has a database of candidates and some clients, as well as a lot of dormant leads to after from day one. So Business Development skills are a must.
